Based in Israel, he has executed more than 300 U.S. real estate transactions since 2010 — across fix-and-flip, wholesaling, and direct acquisitions — and pivoted in 2017 to multifamily syndication, syndicating 766+ units valued at over $50M.
Rafi is the creator of the Deal Maker system and the founder of Forum Nadlan USA, the leading community of Israeli investors active in U.S. real estate, through which he has trained more than 1,300 students. He is also founder of Proud Communities, a multifamily value-add firm. Rafi advises Aether on remote operations, team-building, and disciplined deal selection.
